Information we collect
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and the profile details you provide (such as location, skill level, coaching credentials, and availability). When you book a lesson, our payment processor (Stripe) handles your payment details directly — we never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
We use your information to operate the marketplace: matching students with coaches, processing bookings and payments, facilitating payouts to coaches, and communicating about your account. We do not sell your personal information.
Information sharing
Coach profiles (name, location, credentials, rates, reviews) are visible to students searching the marketplace. Booking details are shared between the student and coach involved. Payment processing is handled by Stripe under their own privacy policy. We may disclose information if required by law.
Data security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and secure authentication. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can update your profile information at any time from your dashboard, and you can request deletion of your account by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your profile; records of past transactions may be retained as required for financial and legal compliance.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email.
